I hate buying vehicles. The pressure, the negotiating, and the amount of time it takes. Shawn and Joel in sales made the process somewhat bearable. Their base warranties are not as good as other dealerships. Which also means they try and get you on the back end with a better warranty that would just add extra cost to your payment, the one you had already negotiated and agreed upon. Then they belittle you if you choose not to add their extra warranty. I do wish they would have at least washed the vehicle before we left the lot, bonus points if it would have had a full tank of fuel too.
